Combat

Combat Style

Combat mechanics in raiding are akin to a beginner-friendly version of other classic Action RPGs.

  • Combat is real-time, meaning player's speed of action is significant in deciding battle outcomes

  • Each class has a unique mix of abilities with varying cooldowns, range, and damage/health/status modifying properties.

  • There are 12 standard classes, each with interdependent roles. You should expect to need a mix of DPS, healing / HOT (heal over time) and tanks in your team to complete a dungeon. See classes for more info.

  • Enemies are alerted based on player proximity and attack the nearest player. If attacked, enemies prioritise the player dealing the most damage, or if a tank uses a ‘pull’ move to focus enemy attention.
